- Services refers to the luxury bus rental services provided by us.
- Vehicle refers to the luxury bus provided for rental.
Booking and Payment
- Booking: You can book our services by filling out the online form on our website, contacting us via phone or email, or through our authorized agents.
- Payment: You must pay the full rental amount, plus applicable taxes and fees, at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 10% of the total rental amount if cancelled 7 days or more prior to the rental date.
- 25% of the total rental amount if cancelled 3-6 days prior to the rental date.
- 50% of the total rental amount if cancelled 1-2 days prior to the rental date.
- 100% of the total rental amount if cancelled on the day of rental or no-show.
Rental Terms
- Rental Period: The rental period will commence from the scheduled pickup time and end at the scheduled drop-off time.
- Vehicle Condition: You must return the vehicle in the same condition as it was provided, except for normal wear and tear.
- Fuel: You are responsible for fueling the vehicle during the rental period.
- Tolls and Parking: You are responsible for paying all tolls and parking fees during the rental period.
Safety and Security
- Driver: We will provide a trained and experienced driver for the vehicle.
- Safety Features: Our vehicles are equipped with safety features such as seat belts, GPS navigation, and Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
- Insurance: We have insurance coverage for the vehicle, but you are responsible for any damages or losses caused by your negligence or reckless behavior.
Liability
- We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by your negligence or reckless behavior, force majeure events, or any third-party claims or demands.
- You are liable for any damages or losses caused by your negligence or reckless behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
